As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property portfolio. Supporting the relevant Senior/Lead Manager and their wider team, this role helps ensure projects, governance, and approvals are delivered on time and in line with business processes. Based within a collaborative property function, you’ll be key to keeping systems, databases, and team activity organised and up to date.

Qualifications

As a Property Administrator, you will…

  • Provide full administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property function.
  • Administer project plans and manage workload within the function to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to support delivery of projects and workstreams.
  • Ensure functional processes, approvals, and governance requirements are followed accurately and on time.
  • Organise, attend, and support meetings and events, including preparing agendas, paperwork, and taking minutes.
  • Ensure managers and professional teams issue required documentation within agreed deadlines.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets.
  • Maintain and update relevant databases, systems, CRM tools, and applications.
  • Update departmental trackers and provide accurate reporting as required.
  • Support statutory and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Property and Estates teams.
