Job Description
THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT. The purpose of the role is to provide management and ongoing innovation of the HR systems to meet business needs. This will be done by working closely with the wider People System team as well as engaging the key business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Your role as People Systems Functional Manager.
- The key relationships within HR Shared Services will be Head of Shared Services, Workday Functional Leads, SMEs, Change Manager to coordinate the communications to the wider business.
- This role will engage with Reward Team, Payroll, Policy Manager, Internal Audit, Divisional HR Directors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives and success criteria.
- Work with the business teams to educate them on the innovation and changes available within Workday to enhance business processes.
- Management of CI activities requested for Workday from the business.
- Produce a clearly defined roadmap for relevant functional component of Workday.
- Accountable for the AMS partner workload.
