As a Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative initiatives across Greene King. You will work closely with various departments, engaging stakeholders at all levels to achieve our strategic objectives.
QualificationsAs Programme Manager, you will:
- Develop detailed programme plans, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring effective execution and tracking project success.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource allocation, and prioritization based on business value.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration, ensuring relevant stakeholders stay engaged throughout programme and project lifecycles.
- Lead organizational change processes, preparing teams for change, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth transition of projects to business as usual (BAU).
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to project delivery and success.
- Experience of Digital Transformation delivery, preferred experience to include MarTech transformation, with implementation and adoption of apps, websites or loyalty solutions required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and navigate challenges effectively.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, business programmes in relevant hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools and software.
- Experience in managing cross-functional programme and project teams.
