We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our fast-paced Technology Delivery, Data and AI team in Greene King. This role could be based at either of our offices in Burton-on-Trent or Bury St Edmunds. Our Process Improvement Analyst sits within the process improvement team, who are responsible for working alongside the IT department and wider Greene King organisation to identify opportunities to simplify and standardise our processes, enhancing employee productivity and engagement by removing non-value add activities.
Qualifications
- Evaluate and analyse our internal business processes to identify opportunities for synergies and improvement.
- Research, design and implement process automation using Microsoft 365 apps.
- Analyse data and trends to identify non-value add business activity which can be simplified and standardised.
- Work with peers to understand day-to-day blockers and eliminate those activities, improving employee engagement.
- Drive a collaborative culture in the team and across IT support teams.
- Be the conduit between different areas of the Greene King business by bringing teams together to solve problems and identify opportunities.
What you'll bring
- Understanding of hospitality or brewing industry and relevant technologies.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and applications, particularly the Power platform (namely PowerApps and Power Automate).
- Keen interest in AI, including understanding responsible AI principles and use.
- Proven process improvement experience, including knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
- A desire to seek out non-value add activities within our business processes and research and design alternatives.
- A passion for providing unparalleled levels of service and support to business teams, demonstrated by the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
