As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of integrated campaigns for the Hungry Horse brand. The activation of campaigns will require an omnichannel approach, ensuring they are stand-out campaigns, and that there is a clear 18-month Marketing and Campaign calendar to deliver the customer acquisition essential for Hungry Horse growth plans with the execution on a local and national level with an awareness of trading responsiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Development and execution of an 18-month integrated campaign calendar and associated budget informed by performance, brand needs, customer understanding performance / what next.
  • Manage the team to develop and execute creative, stand out national campaigns aligned with the Brand essence and Commercial goals - in an integrated Marketing calendar. Ensure that campaigns deliver clear RoI only creating work that delivers impactful customer and financial outcomes (fewer, bigger, better campaigns).
  • Create brand/format led campaign strategies to deliver growth throughout the Marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, usage) and ultimately deliver the customer acquisition to deliver the commercial growth targets for Brands / format.
  • Define campaigns which deliver business targets for digital transformation - including database growth, bookings adoption and app usage and downloads targets.
  • Informed by Planning & Performance insights, build a clear holistic view of performance and RoI of national campaigns, embedding robust learnings review processes to improve future campaign design, delivery and ROI.
  • Embed divisional marketing processes (common across DB & GK) which deliver effective and efficient campaign outcomes which drive adherence to centrally set processes e.g. in engaging agencies.
  • Capital Investment marketing and campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to create an efficient, templated investment marketing plan with right-first-time execution and supporting the Operations team to deliver ROI targets on all investments.
  • Partner with Central Digital teams to drive channel / transformation objectives, adopting a digital first mentality and a rigorous test and learn programme - ultimately reducing costs, delivering digital targets and improving lead times (inc print).
  • Deliver the day-to-day execution of the Brand proposition, implementation and monitoring of the current and new Greene King pubs formats alongside the Head of Brand and Brand Lead, delivering roadmap activation and testing.
  • Align implementation plan alongside the commercial managers to implement and promote the food & drinks ranges across the Brand / format to deliver the commercial impact, and drive an improved guest visit and increase guest spend - on brand and profitable.
  • In support of the Senior Brand & Marketing and commercial team help build a brand with a strong ROI in terms of performance, cash margin (strong sales growth food and drink), volume growth and brand awareness.
  • Support the development of a high performing team providing development and supporting succession plans for team members.
