As an Investments Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in bringing newly invested and acquired pubs to life through impactful launch marketing that drives early commercial success. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations and agency partners to plan, deliver and analyse marketing activity during the critical opening and early trading period.

Please note this is initially a 6 month FTC/ Secondment opportunity that may be extended.

As an Investments Marketing Executive, you will…

  • Create and deliver marketing launch plans for pub investments and acquisitions across Greene King brands.
  • Manage multiple investment projects at pace, using insight and ROI analysis to shape best practice launch templates.
  • Work closely with digital, brand and local marketing teams to ensure all customer touchpoints are relevant, up to date and delivered on time.
  • Build tailored marketing recommendations for each site using demographic insight, format understanding and investment appraisal data.
  • Be the central point of contact for operations teams, clearly communicating plans, progress and performance.
  • Track and review post-launch performance, using insight and analysis to drive improved ROI and support under-performing sites.

What you’ll bring…

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales or pub operations role, ideally within hospitality or FMCG.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external agencies.
  • A passion for guest experience, backed by a commercially minded and insight-led approach.
