You will help maximise the value of our strategic change investment by embedding consistent planning and delivery standards across Greene King. You’ll work closely with programme and project teams to improve governance, visibility and outcomes across portfolios, programmes and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and continuously improve portfolio, programme and project management standards, frameworks and guidance.
- Provide consultancy, assurance and coaching to teams to embed best practice ways of working across change initiatives.
- Own and maintain Annual Operating Plan (AOP) reporting, interdependency tracking and key milestone roadmaps.
- Support strategic planning activity, ensuring initiatives align to business priorities, capacity and benefits realisation.
- Build strong relationships across technology, finance and business teams to drive consistency, accountability and advocacy of standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven PMO experience at management level, ideally within a transformation or enterprise PMO environment.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio and programme management, with formal project or change qualifications preferred.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and facilitating effective governance forums.
- Experience of strategic planning, demand and capacity management, and benefits tracking.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and improve how things are done.
