As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager, you will build a culture of experimentation, embed data-driven decision-making, and maximise performance across the end-to-end user journey. You will own the optimisation roadmap, champion evidence-based change, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every change positively impacts commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Define and lead the CRO strategy across web, app, bookings, and outbound channels, driving alignment with business goals, growth targets, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain a robust testing methodology, including prioritisation models, hypothesis frameworks, experimentation governance, and QA standards.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable optimisation opportunities, conducting behavioural analysis, funnel reviews, heatmap analysis, and customer need-state discovery.
- Optimise journeys linked to core revenue levers, including website conversion, booking flow, app ordering journeys, outbound email/push performance, and trust signal communications.
- Define and track KPIs for CRO activity, including conversion impact, win rates, compound change, test velocity, uplift monetisation, and customer friction reduction.
What you'll bring...
- Proven experience leading optimisation initiatives and strong collaboration across cross-matrix teams (including agency).
- Ideally, experience within Hospitality, Retail, or Ecommerce.
- Analytical, inquisitive mindset with a bias for action, inspiring evidence-based decisions and customer‑centric thinking.
- 5+ years of expertise in crafting and measuring Web & App CX, running parallel tests across brands, products, and customer groups.
- Skilled in quantitative, behavioural, and funnel analytics, including A/B, multivariate, AI-decisioning, and personalisation.
