As a CRM Growth & Loyalty Lead, you will own the delivery of best-in-class customer engagement communications and lead CRM marketing, loyalty, and technical teams to improve customer value through an omni-channel experience. You will leverage customer engagement platforms to enhance customer value and drive personalisation and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of customer engagement communications (email, push, in-app, loyalty, SMS, and more) to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and grow customer lifetime value.
- Lead CRM marketing, loyalty, and technical teams to leverage customer engagement platforms and improve customer value through an omni-channel experience.
- Embrace change as CRM & loyalty journeys become more insight- and data-led, leading to more sophisticated automations and use of predictive analytics.
- Work alongside digital product and customer data leads to maximise value in this area, growing our known customer & loyalty database.
- Activate loyalty campaigns for the group, leading campaigns and journeys that best reward behaviour and nudge customer frequency and value.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in CRM/Loyalty.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing customer strategies using CRM data, campaign, and automation platforms.
- Confident facilitator and stakeholder manager, building senior relationships across a matrix organisation.
- Significant experience working in large-scale programmes that transform the customer experience.
- Proven people leader and confident senior leader, experience in building high performing teams of 5+.
