As a Campaign Executive, you will support the delivery of engaging brand campaigns that drive profitable sales growth and enhance the guest experience across our pubs. Working from our Burton base, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, digital and operational teams to bring campaigns to life from planning through to evaluation.

As a Campaign Executive, you will…

  • Support the delivery of the annual Brand & Marketing plan through tactical promotional and brand campaigns.
  • Help scope, design, launch and evaluate campaigns that drive customer acquisition, repeat visits and increased spend.
  • Work alongside digital and loyalty teams to deliver social media and email activity aligned to the brand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to plan.
  • Act as the voice of the guest by tracking behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage brand administration including budgets, purchase orders, stock and guest enquiries.

What you’ll bring…

  • Around one year’s experience in a client-side marketing role or similar.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and understanding of guest motivations.
  • Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data to identify insights and opportunities.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work across teams and agencies.
