As a Franchise Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in the growth of our franchise pub network by sourcing and appointing high-potential franchisees. You’ll work across the South of the UK, introducing Talent to our Business Development Managers, and at times generating cold leads through networking, attending recruitment events and working alongside the Pub Partners Operations Team.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and convert new franchisee leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Represent Greene King at recruitment events, trade shows, and virtual forums to promote franchise opportunities.
- Maintain and develop a talent bank of prospective franchisees, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Collaborate with Franchise Operations and Recruitment teams to align candidates with regional needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Pubs Code Regulations and internal governance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in franchise recruitment or multi-site business models, ideally within hospitality or retail.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness of pub operations and franchise models.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and events across a large region with minimal supervision.
- Confidence using CRM systems, recruitment platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
