As a Brewing Operative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brewing processes flow seamlessly, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Positioned at the heart of our brewery, you’ll take on the responsibility of overseeing crucial stages of production, contributing to the creation of exceptional beers that define our brand. This role is based on site at the Belhaven Brewery in Dunbar. In this role, you will report to the Brewing Shift Manager and work a double days shift pattern, Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

Your role as a Brewing Operative
Achieve production targets, managing internal loss and efficiency. Oversee brewing processes from raw material intake to dispatch and packaging. Ensure proper preparation and monitoring to maintain workflow efficiency. Assist with process improvements, maintaining quality and compliance with safety regulations. Adhere to legal production standards, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
