A unique opportunity to project manage the menu planning cycle for the portfolio of Greene King brands, engaging directly with food development and wider central support teams to bring the food proposition to life and manage the complex and multi‑facetted process & systems. Responsibilities:
- Line management of the Menu Process Team
- Data management and maintenance of the recipe database system – STEP
- Consult with the relevant delivery/support teams to map out the yearly menu plans and engage with the Menu Change Coordinator to input into the menu development workflow tool (MDW)
- Publish relevant process reports to food development in line with the process map.
- Manage and monitor PQS response within the food team.
- Manage and monitor product set up timeline across multiple departments.
- Inform the Food Process Lead of the status of all menu process timelines.
- Produce supporting documents for key menu process meetings.

- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate plans, risks and priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and deliver more effective ways of working.
