As a Business Analyst (Retail Systems and IT), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our pub operations through innovative technology solutions and effective system management. You will carry out investigative work to clearly explain and document our current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
QualificationsAs Business Analyst, you will:
- Conduct business analysis within the framework of agreed methodologies of the Greene King Technology function.
- Produce influential documentation, analysis, and presentations to business stakeholders.
- Visit our sites to gather information for your projects (a car and a valid driving licence required).
- Document and manage multiple pieces of work of varying sizes.
- Support the project lifecycle to deliver quality systems and processes to our pub teams.
- Work across the Technology function and other Greene King departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support supplier relationships, ensuring best-in-class solutions and services.
- Ability to analyse and recommend improvements.
- Experience in project and/or product management environments or applicable experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills to align business and technology objectives.
- Experience in working closely with suppliers.
- Technical knowledge in retail or hospitality systems, such as EPoS platforms, payment technologies, and digital ordering.
- General understanding of retail tills' systems, retail IT Office systems, retail management solutions.
