Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, bar, restaurant, and back-of-house spaces
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
- Clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to company standards
- Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean, presentable, and ready for service
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report low stock levels
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
- Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
