As a Beer Ambassador, you will bring our Brewing sites to life through the tour and tasting experience, engaging directly with customers to create a unique visitor experience.
Working hours: Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., with occasional evening and event work as required.
Your role as Beer Ambassador:
- Ensure that any visitors who are part of the Visitor experience have a safe and enjoyable visit to site.
- Carry out a consistent tour experience that all consumers can relate to and feel part of.
- Remain up to date with Brand and product knowledge.
- Operate the shop facility (and the Café for Bury based roles).
- Report any Safety concerns observed during Brewery Tours.
- Escalate any customer feedback as required.
- Support the management of stock inventory within the Shop.
- Respond to customer enquiries as and when required.
What you’ll bring…
- Outgoing with confidence to speak clearly to varied audiences (circa 10 people).
- Able to recall scripted text and facts to ensure the consistent tour experience.
- Experience of leading tours at a visitor attraction.
- Knowledge of Brewing process and products is an advantage.
