We are looking for an energetic and friendly FOH Breakfast Waiting Team Member to join our morning service team. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for our guests, ensuring every morning starts with excellent service and a smile.

Qualifications: As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

  • Set up the dining area and breakfast buffet before opening.
  • Open the restaurant doors promptly at 7.00am and welcome guests warmly.
  • Take guests orders in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
  • Deliver food efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
  • Regularly check and top up breakfast buffet items, keeping the area clean and well stocked.
  • Process payments accurately using the till system.
  • Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all FOH areas.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure a smooth service.
  • Assist with closing down the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
