As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff at Greene King, you will help create unforgettable moments for customers. Whether pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink, you will keep the good times flowing and contribute to a fun, inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Offer recommendations to customers as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine.
• Ensure the bar is always safe, legal and clean, and deal with any issues as quickly and safely as possible.

• Willingness to learn and expand skills.
• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for providing excellent service and welcoming customers.
• Positive can‑do attitude and teamwork.
