Job Description
As Glass collector you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring an efficient flow of glassware within busy hospitality environment. The role focuses on collecting and cleaning used glasses, maintaining a tidy environment, and supporting the bar team in delivering excellent customer service. You\’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
Qualifications
As a member of our team, you will…
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Collect used glasses, bottles, and tableware from tables, counters, and customer areas.

Return glassware to the bar or designated wash areas promptly.

Sort glassware and load/unload glasswashers as needed.

Keep customer areas clean, safe, and free of clutter.

Assist the bar team by replenishing clean glassware.

Monitor for broken glass and clean/sharpen safely following safety procedures.

Maintain awareness of spills, hazards, and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.

Provide polite and friendly interaction with customers when required.

Support the team during peak hours and special events.
