Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
- Know the menu and drinks range inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
- Greet, serve food, and look after customers whilst they dine with us.
- Prepare drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations and assist the management team with managing stock.
- Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
