As a Project Manager within our Property team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality development and refurbishment projects across our pub estate. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards, helping us create outstanding customer experiences while maximising value for the business. This is a field-based role covering the South East of the country.

As a Project Manager, you will…

  • Deliver multiple property projects in line with agreed programmes, budgets and design briefs
  • Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
  • Challenge design and construction costs to drive value and maximise financial returns
  • Support value engineering activity to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes
  • Champion brand design standards and ensure they are consistently applied and evolved
  • Establish and promote best practice procedures across design, build and delivery processes
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, innovation and best practice within construction and development
  • Ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience delivering multi-site projects within hospitality, leisure or property development environments
  • Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills
  • Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver results under pressure
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations
  • Knowledge of property, asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness
  • Ideally hold a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards
