As a Digital Learning Design Apprentice, you will support our Learning & Development team to turn business needs into engaging digital learning while building hands-on skills in learning design, technology, and content creation. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and project partners to help design and deliver high-quality learning experiences across the business.

As Digital Learning Design Apprentice, you will…

  • Support the design and development of creative, engaging digital learning content
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate business needs into clear learning solutions
  • Help build and update learning materials using digital learning tools and platforms
  • Support the delivery and evaluation of digital learning to improve learner experience
  • Learn and apply best practice in learning design, accessibility, and engagement
