Job Description
As an App & Loyalty Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the customer-facing marketing plan for Greene King’s app and loyalty programme, driving engagement, frequency and customer value across our portfolio of brands. Working closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, Product and Loyalty teams, you’ll bring our loyalty strategy to life through impactful campaigns, customer journeys and channel activations that put the Greene King app at the heart of the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Develop and deliver the customer engagement plan for App and Loyalty, driving app usage, customer frequency and market share growth.
- Partner with Brand Marketing teams to create and activate loyalty campaigns that increase customer engagement across Greene King’s brands.
- Lead the customer launch and activation of new app features, loyalty propositions and customer initiatives.
- Review and optimise customer journeys, ensuring App and Loyalty are fully embedded within brand marketing plans and customer experiences.
- Create loyalty marketing communications and channel activation best practice that support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
What you’ll bring…
- Proven marketing experience, including delivering complex multi-channel campaigns within a customer-focused environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
- The ability to translate customer insights and data into effective marketing activity and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and present to senior leaders.
- Ideally, experience within hospitality, retail or a multi-site consumer business, alongside a marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent.
