Job Description
As an
Operations Administration Team Leader , you will lead the team to provide effective and efficient personal and process support to the Operational Leaders.
You'll also partner with the wider administration team to ensure wider group level activity is actively coordinated across all functions.
Qualifications
Your role as
- Admin Operations Team Leader
- Lead the Operations Admin team to deliver effective and efficient administrative and process support to Operational Leaders.
- Identify, plan and implement process and technology improvements that enhance efficiency, improve ways of working and increase support provided to pubs.
- Lead the planning and delivery of annual incentive trips, managing senior stakeholder engagement, logistics, delegate experience and safety.
- Coordinate and support Operations conferences, leadership meetings and key business events, attending where required.
- Research, develop and implement initiatives that build capability across the wider administration community, focusing on systems, processes and people development.
- Partner with administration teams across the business to drive consistent ways of working and successfully embed improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of agreed processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support centre functions to deliver efficient and collaborative support across the business.
