Responsibilities:
- Own forecasting for new menus, key events and concepts, working closely with suppliers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse forecast performance post-launch, adjusting and clearly communicating changes where needed.
- Manage residual stock controls, ensuring the best outcomes through relisting, recipe changes, charity donations or promotions.
- Act as the business owner for food availability, flagging and resolving critical product issues.
- Lead supplier performance meetings to strengthen relationships and drive service improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong service mindset.
- Solid understanding of forecasting principles across multi-temperature product ranges.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with a 3PL to deliver large-scale key events.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders and making clear, data-led decisions.
