As Media Insight Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets.
  • Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers.
  • Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable).
