As a Digital Data Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in helping our Digital teams make smarter, data-led decisions. Working across web, app, online bookings and digital marketing channels, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that optimise customer journeys, improve performance and support growth across Greene King’s portfolio of brands.
As a Digital Data Analyst, you will…
- Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and dashboards across our digital channels, using tools including Power BI, SQL, Excel and Google Analytics.
- Analyse performance across web, app, online bookings, paid media, social and SEO channels to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making and longer-term digital strategy across multiple brands.
- Support testing and experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and other optimisation methodologies.
- Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Finance, Product and Technology teams to provide analytical solutions and ensure data quality and governance.
What you'll bring…
- Experience as a Digital Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel and Power BI, with experience building dashboards and analysing complex datasets.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement across multiple channels.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- A curious, analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Python, Databricks or testing methodologies would be an advantage.
