As a Dray Operative, you'll hold a central role in our operations, ensuring the seamless delivery and distribution of our beers. From the first load to the last, you'll continue to help raise the bar by demonstrating the spirit of consideration and commitment that defines the team. In your role as a Dray Operative you will:
- Provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Safely handle materials and products/wines/beers/spirits/soft drinks when loading and unloading in accordance with procedures.
- Adhere to legislative, company, and departmental protocols, including health and safety.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and KPIs, and fulfil extra tasks assigned by your manager.
- Accurately check goods upon delivery to ensure top-notch quality and reliability.
