The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

  • Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases
  • Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals
  • Whilst experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction would be preferred, Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification
  • Ability to help grow and develop the team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

You must be able to:

  • Manage own caseload
  • Manage own financial housekeeping
  • Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely
  • Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work
  • Draft documents and letters of advice
  • Keep up to date with law and practice
  • Have excellent communication and team skills
