The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 Β£ per year.
- Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases
- Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals
- Whilst experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction would be preferred, Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification
- Ability to help grow and develop the team
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
You must be able to:
- Manage own caseload
- Manage own financial housekeeping
- Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely
- Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work
- Draft documents and letters of advice
- Keep up to date with law and practice
- Have excellent communication and team skills
