The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.
Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases. Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals. Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required. Excellent client relationship management skills. A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification. Ability to help grow and develop the team.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Manage own caseload
- Manage own financial housekeeping
- Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely
- Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work
- Draft documents and letters of advice
