The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

PQE: NQ – 3+ years

Essential experience:

  • Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases.
  • Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals.
  • Experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification.

Desirable experience:

  • Non-contentious construction experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Presenting skills.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Manage own caseload.
  • Manage own financial housekeeping.
  • Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely.
  • Assess legal issues and advise accordingly, conduct legal research and advise on costs and scope of work.
  • Draft documents and letters of advice.
  • Keep up to date with law and practice.
  • Have excellent communication and team skills.
