THE ROLE

Department: Construction

Experienced qualified solicitor with 8+ years required.

About You

Essential experience

  • Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases
  • Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals
  • Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction is preferred; experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification

  • Manage own caseload

  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
