THE ROLE
Department: Construction
Experienced qualified solicitor with 8+ years required.
About You
Essential experience
- Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases
- Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction is preferred; experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification

- Manage own caseload
- Manage own financial housekeeping

- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
