Commercial Property Solicitor


The Role


Department: Commercial Property


PQE: Circa 3-5 years


About You


Essential Experience



  • Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases.

  • Excellent client relationship management skills.

  • A strong academic record, with a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree classification.


Desirable Experience



  • Business development experience.

  • Presenting skills.

  • Ability to help grow and develop the team.


Knowledge And Skills



  • Manage own caseload.

  • Manage own financial housekeeping.

  • Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely.

  • Assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work.

  • Draft documents and client reports.

  • Keep up to date with law and practice.

  • Have excellent communication and team skills.
