Greendale Storage, part of the Greendale Group, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing warehouse team at Greendale Business Park near Exeter. We provide comprehensive storage solutions for a range of local businesses, including container unloading, pallet storage, and pick-and-pack services.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks to load/unload goods into racking or bulk storage.
- Assist with unloading shipping containers (ramp and loose filled).
- Accurately log pallet movements using handheld scanners and pre-defined paperwork.
- Perform picking and packing tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas.
- Liaise with the Storage Supervisor regarding deliveries and collections.
- Work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the Storage Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift license (Pivot Steer also preferred but full training given).
- Previous experience in racked and bulk-stacked warehouse environments desirable.
- Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A flexible and proactive approach to varied tasks.
