What you’ll be doing: As one of our TA Specialists, you will be responsible for engineering across 9 of our sites and Continuous Improvement (CI) for all our manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of 10-20 jobs at any one time, from asset care technicians through to engineering site leadership. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

  • Facilitating the recruitment process through job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and offering roles
  • Utilising a broad range of sources to identify and attract appropriate talent
  • Visiting sites across the UK to develop relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Coaching hiring managers and HR teams on interviewing and candidates’ assessment techniques
  • Completing Right to Work checks and creating offer letters
  • Gathering, inputting and maintaining candidate and recruitment data to ensure the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, producing key metrics and providing talent acquisition management information reports where needed
