As the IT Change Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of IT Change Management activities, supporting the Change & Release Lead. You will protect production stability while enabling effective delivery across IT and the wider business. The role ensures that change activity is complete, accurate, risk-assessed, and ready for governance review, providing operational assurance, high-quality reporting, and effective stakeholder coordination. Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change, support Post-Implementation Review (PIR)-led improvements and policy compliance, providing required support to the Change & Release Lead.
What you'll be doing:
- Execute the Change Enablement process, ensuring change records are complete, accurate, and compliant with defined policies and standards.
- Assess change quality, risk, potential conflicts and readiness, escalating gaps or concerns to the Change & Release Lead as required.
- Coordinate the lifecycle of changes from submission through to closure.
- Prepare and support CAB, eCAB, and other change forums through accurate ITSM updates and reporting.
- Assist the Change & Release Lead in collating information for decision-making and enabling them to chair the change forums.
- Follow-up on Post Implementation Reviews and track outcomes and actions.
- Ensure Change & Release Lead has all details to conduct PIRs.
- Maintain accurate change data and reporting to support Change Enablement best practices.
- Support the Change & Release Lead to drive continuous improvement to the change process.

- Understanding of change risk, impact, and service stability considerations.
- Familiarity with ITIL 4 or equivalent service management frameworks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to challenge constructively and escalate when required.
- Analytical and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
