What you'll be doing: As a Machine Operative , you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery.
Ensuring machines are running efficiently and achieving production targets.
Carrying out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting minor issues.
Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
Ensuring products are produced in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
