What You'll Be Doing: As Process Development Manager, you will collaborate with your team to provide expertise in processes, materials, and equipment to meet customer and company requirements. You will also coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure project timelines are met, seeking feedback throughout.

  • Manage all customer and category Product Development (PD) activities to meet project timelines and ensure successful product launches.
  • Incorporate product knowledge and customer insights within the category team to align product development with customer needs and financial targets.
  • Design, refine, and rigorously test new product concepts to ensure feasibility, sustainability, and commercial viability.
  • Lead feasibility meetings and internal reviews, keeping site teams informed of updates and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee the PD team during implementation, tracking progress and resolving issues during scale-up trials to meet launch deadlines.
  • Ensure product quality and accurate margin delivery against the commercial brief.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for customer/category inquiries and issues.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across operational teams to foster collaboration and support the New Product Development (NPD) agenda.
  • Enhance team capabilities through task-focused coaching to maximize performance and development.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexibility for business needs.
