Shift Pattern * 9 months a year working on average 46 hours a week (4 days out of 7 a week) * 3 months a year working on average 23 hours a week (2 days out of 7 a week) ( Full rota available to view which covers til September 2026 so you can see what days you\βd be required to work each week) Shift times β 6pm-6am Pay Rate -** Circa Β£13.60 per annum (consistent full time monthly pay!) We deliver this success through a commitment to The Greencore Way β passion for great food, efficient systems, and exceptional people What you\βll be doing Working within an exciting and fast paced environment, you will be a key member of our packing team and will ensure the service we provide to our customer is of exceptional quality. The role can be physically demanding with a good amount of pushing, pulling and lifting involved. Task will involve: * Working in our packing area in a chilled environment. * You will be required to follow processes ensure that products meet customer specifications * To work in a target driven environment to achieve the daily shift targets for quality, safety and output. * Work as a team and unsupervised * Have attention to detail * Final quality checks before products are sent to customers. What we\βre looking for** Full training will be provided if successful in this role but are looking for the following knowledge and experience: * You\βre comfortable with handling, preparing food and you\βve ideally had experience of working in a food manufacturing environment. * You\βre comfortable with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning. * You have pride in the quality of the products you produce. * You are a great team player β respectful and appreciative towards our Greencore Family. * You are friendly, honest, and hardworking and enjoy some fun at work! * Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (although training will be given) * Good level of English and Math\βs At Greencore we put our people at the core.
