This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team in a role that offers broad exposure across customers, products, performance analysis and business strategy. As a Commercial Executive, you’ll support the delivery of key commercial initiatives, helping to drive performance across our product portfolio while working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, Supply Chain and Operations. You’ll gain valuable insight into how a major FMCG business operates and play a key role in supporting decision-making through data, analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management and reporting of commercial plans, ensuring key activities and projects remain on track
  • Analysing sales, performance and market data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Producing reports, presentations and insights to support commercial decision-making
  • Coordinating cross-functional meetings and ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
  • Supporting product launches and commercial projects from planning through to execution
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and helping identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and customer outcomes
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and objectives
  • Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and performance review processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness and business performance

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who is eager to develop their career within a fast-paced and successful FMCG business. This role would suit a recent graduate with a Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related degree, or someone with early commercial experience looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses drive growth and profitability
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a naturally curious mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data-driven reports
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and willingness to challenge, learn and continuously improve
  • Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a commercial environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
