What you will be doing:

  • Assemble and prepare sandwich boxes with care, ensuring product quality and accurate use-by dates are checked and maintained.
  • Palletise finished products by stacking boxes correctly and securely to meet shipping standards.
  • Operate dispatch machinery including belt machines, ice printers, and sealing tape machines safely and efficiently.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and within deadlines, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Production Department to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organised work area.

What we are looking for:

  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills (maths and English) essential for accurate packaging and documentation.
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required — full on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
