Position Overview
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role ensures that our group‑wide UK learning and development plans are executed and managed, working closely with HR and Talent professionals across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the group‑wide leadership development plan for the UK business, ensuring programmes are booked and scheduled across a range of sites with appropriate facilities.
- Liaise with internal and external trainers and facilitators to manage capacity and meet the delivery schedule.
- Act as the first point of contact for daily queries and manage training bookings and attendance.
- Track progress of learners, share metrics with business stakeholders, and provide further insight where required.
- Run day‑to‑day programmes and communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Manage purchase orders and payment processing for programmes to ensure compliance and maintain good relationships with external partners.
Required Skills
- Experience with a Learning Management System is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering strong working relationships and providing information clearly and concisely to leaders at all levels.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail to create reports, materials and instructions for candidates and line managers.
- Proactive stakeholder management, ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders, and effective problem‑solving skills.
