We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and build strong, strategic partnerships across the business. This is a role for someone who sees Talent Acquisition as more than filling vacancies. You'll work alongside your business area(s) to understand their business strategy, workforce challenges and future talent needs, using your TA expertise, market insight and data to shape the right recruitment and talent solutions. You'll be a trusted adviser to your business area (IT, Central Technical & Central Engineering) building credibility, influencing decisions, challenging constructively and bringing an informed external talent market perspective to the table.
What you'll be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues, becoming a credible Talent Acquisition Business Partner who understands the priorities, challenges and future talent needs of your client group.
- Partner with the business beyond individual vacancies, understanding organisational and workforce plans and translating business requirements into proactive Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Lead effective talent and vacancy planning conversations, challenging assumptions and advising on the best approach to attract, assess and secure the talent the business needs.
- Run structured intake and discovery sessions, going beyond the job description to understand the real business requirement, critical capabilities, success profile and available talent market.
- Influence and constructively challenge stakeholders using recruitment expertise, labour market intelligence and data, providing an informed perspective to support better talent decisions.
- Develop and deliver targeted sourcing and attraction strategies, including direct sourcing, market mapping, headhunting, talent pools, campaigns and appropriate use of external partners on our PSL.
- Provide advice on talent availability, competitor activity, salary expectations and market trends, helping stakeholders understand the implications of their requirements.
- Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, advising on recruitment best practice, technology, assessment, legislation and responsible resourcing.
- Own and/or facilitate end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on delivery and ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Use TA data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, turning recruitment information into meaningful recommendations and actions for your stakeholders.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs, ensuring the business has access to the talent and skills required as it evolves.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience operating as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Business Partner within a complex, matrix or multi-site organisation, with the credibility to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional business partnering and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships, understand business priorities, challenge constructively and translate requirements into effective talent solutions.
- Strong commercial and organisational awareness, with the ability to connect Talent Acquisition activity to wider business outcomes.
- Experience using talent market intelligence, recruitment data and insight to influence decisions and shape recruitment strategy.
- Strong expertise across attraction, sourcing and talent pooling, including market mapping, headhunting, proactive search and passive candidate engagement.
- Highly organised and analytical, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, pace and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious and adaptable, with the confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and identify opportunities to improve how the business attracts and secures talent.
If this sounds like you, join us and grow with Greencore, and be a part of driving our future success.
What you'll get in return:
- Competitive salary and job related benefits
- Holidays
- Competitive matched pension contributions
