As a Project Manager in Greencore, you will lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality. Responsibilities
- Develop user requirements and establish clear objectives for projects
- Manage end-to-end project delivery within defined timelines and budgets
- Ensure change control procedures are followed and deliverables meet stakeholder approval
- Monitor third-party providers and external partners to ensure standards and specifications
- Identify and mitigate project risks with a proactive risk management plan
- Provide leadership to project teams and support development and performance
- Advise on Product Development to ensure engineering involvement from concept to launch
- Coordinate with customers to align technology, performance, quality, and standards
- Seek engineering solutions to manufacturing unit issues for continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Experience with a recognised project delivery method (PMI/PRINCE2)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent) for planning and resourcing
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of Risk Management legislation and CDM regulations
- Proven track record of managing contracts and third-party providers
- Familiarity with Data Centre Hosting, Managed Infrastructure Services,ERP Implementation, BI Implementation
