Greencore Desserts Highbridge is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to keep our processing and packaging lines running safely and efficiently.
You will diagnose faults, perform planned and predictive maintenance, and support continuous improvement to ensure reliable, high-quality output for customers.
You will lead maintenance activities, work with operations, and contribute to asset performance reviews. This is a permanent, site-based role with rotating day and night shifts.
