Location: Newark, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with relevant functions to support the development process activity.
  • Support hospitality for customers and high-profile visits.
  • Ensure kitchen facilities, hygiene and maintenance meet health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with factory operatives, process and QA teams to collate ingredients, packaging and finished goods.
  • Decant materials from deliveries (lift up to 20 kg).
  • Rotate stock and replenish supplies.
  • Wash pots and perform general kitchen cleaning: sweeping, mopping, deck scrubbing.
  • Assist chefs in panel room maintenance: replenishing tasting equipment and managing waste.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Use basic computer skills to write and print labels, top sheets and update raw-materials databases (Microsoft Word & Excel).
