Our 3-year Engineering Graduate Programme is your launchpad into a career at the heart of Greencore and is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in Engineering, becoming a subject matter expert in the field of infrastructure and utilities within a food and drink business. From day one, you will get hands on with real projects, working alongside leaders on site and subject matter experts (SMEs) who will help you build the technical depth, confidence and experience to grow into a senior leader or SME in your own right, whether that is through capital projects or infrastructure and utilities. Along the way you will get involved in technical performance reviews and continuous improvement activities, and learn how to apply engineering practices that comply with food safety, health and safety, environmental, sustainability, and engineering regulations and standards, while balancing business considerations such as cost, service level agreements, and production needs and outputs.
