This is a commercially driven Account Manager position focused on strengthening customer partnerships, driving sustainable growth, and delivering strong commercial results for the Tesco meals account.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to Greencore's wider customer strategy
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, using market and competitor insight to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Portfolio teams to create compelling, customer-focused propositions
  • Lead joint business planning and customer negotiations to maximise sales and profitability
  • Challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement across both Greencore and customer partnerships
  • Produce accurate demand forecasts, ensuring supply chain alignment and robust financial planning
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the accounts
  • Travel regularly to customer sites (full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required)

What We're Looking For

  • Degree calibre (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of the convenience food market
  • Proven experience in Account Management within FMCG or retail
  • Experience managing or influencing people and cross-functional teams
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence
