Shift Pattern: Red Shift - Wed to Sat Week 1 / Thurs to Sat Week 2 - 6am to 6pm

What you'll be doing:
- As a Hygiene Operative you will be required to undertake all aspects of cleaning all food manufacturing areas, equipment and machinery to meet food hygiene standards.
- You will be carrying out the consistent application of hygiene within a given area/line to ensure the area is maintained to the agreed standards.
- Ensure that all sanitation processes are completed in full and that hygiene standards for a given area are maintained during the production shift.
- Some duties include:
- Carry out Daily Cleaning of all areas of the factory as part of a team
- Schedule Deep cleaning of large machinery
- Wear full PPE such as: Chemical suit, Visor, Wellingtons, Gloves and Safety goggles
- Work in Chilled and Hot environments
- Fill out Paperwork to document the cleans
- Promote good health and safety culture within the workplace
- Use of/and storage of chemicals
- Report any damaged equipment or machinery
What we're looking for:
- Anybody is able to do this role as training and education will be provided.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not a necessity.
- A basic understanding of English, both verbal and written is a must.
- Any background with COSHH and HACCP is highly advantageous but not a necessity.
